Chapter Eighteen

In the club, we quickly found Damon, who was laughing with some men I didn’t know.

“Kan! We thought you were gone for the night.”

Rick shook his hand and explained, “Thank you all for keeping my secret as long as you did.”

“We knew it would work out,” Damon boasted. “And it seems to be working out okay so far.”

“It is,” I assured. “In fact, I can work, if you’d like.”

“Well, Kan, I’ll tell ya, when these horny fucks found out they had Clover here, he’s been doing fine. He can’t dance like you, but he showed enough skin that it made up for the dancing.”

I laughed, relieved I wouldn’t have to do shows in front of Jeffery. “Then we’ll take a booth and watch and…take it all in.”

“There’s a booth free right over there,” he said, nodding off to the right. “We reserve it for us to use, but rarely get to sit in it.”

“Thanks, Damon.”

We sat in the booth, and that made us all but invisible to the rest of the club. The booths each had playful saloon doors that blocked most of what went on in some of them any given night the club was up and running. We sat close, but not on top of each other.

At least, that was how we started.

Watching Clover grinding on one of the go-go dancers was erotic as hell, and I started to sweat almost immediately. There was the man I’d wanted so badly, next to me, dressed in tight leather and looking better than he ever had. He smiled over to me now and then while we watched, and then his hand curled around mine.

“This is…probably not a great way to have a first date,” he said while blushing wildly.

That told me his mind was moving in the same direction as mine. “No, probably not, but here we are.”

Rick slid a little closer and whispered in my ear, “My first time with a man will be with you. I don’t want to mess up.”

“You won’t. You’re good at everything else, so I’m guessing you’re great at sex, too.”

I was purring to him, kissing his neck, and his hand left mine to plant on my thigh. “I wanted the first time to be…romantic, but I don’t think I can wait for the dimmed lights and roaring fire in the fireplace.”

“It’s summer. How would you like a picnic?”

He moved to look over my face. “Outside?”

“Yes. Outside,” I hissed close to his ear as I licked his neck. “Under the trees with the wind blowing over our hot, naked bodies. You’ll be inside me, and our mouths will devour each other.”

Rick pushed me away, laughing through his panting breaths. “You are evil.”

“Sorry, I’ve been holding this in for too long.”

He lunged at me, pinning me on the seat as he kissed me, showing me exactly how excited I’d made him. “Can we get out of here?”

“Your first time, Rick. I don’t want to tempt you into having a frenzied thing when it should be soft.
